You do not have to be your mother unless she is who you want to be.
You do not have to be your mother's mother, or you mother's mother's mother, or even your grandmother's mother on your father's side.
You may inherit their chins or their hips or their eyes, but you are not destined to become the women who came before you, you are not destined to live their lives.
So if you inherit something, inherit their strength.
If you inherit something, inherit their resilience.
Because the only person you are destined to become is the person you decide to be.

I can see the future :)

I like to think that I have a really bright future. Here's a list of all the things I'm looking forward to in life,
1. my first soccer game tomorrow
2. the weekend
3. Mr. Metzler singing his song about the blue team on June 4th
4. The 8th grade party on June 4th
5. Valleyfair
6. Summer which is technically on June 21st :)
7. The Wal-mart soccer tourney from June 18-20th
8. Going to California with my sister for a week starting possibly June 21st
9. Seeing my great aunty Darlene in Marina del Ray, miss youuu :))
10. Hopefully winning my division and state for soccer
11. Hanging out with my friends over the summer
12. Hopefully going to Gull Lake
13. Spending days on the lake
14. Getting tan
15. Getting braces
16. Starting drivers' ed
17. Starting high school!
18. Shopping for a homecoming dress
19. Going to homecoming!
20. Getting my permit
21. Prom in my junior/senior year
22. Graduating from high school
23. Leaving Minnesota forever
24. Going to Cal Lutheran, majoring in psychology and minoring in criminal justice
25. Getting a job with the FBI
26. Getting married in Malibu
27. Having cute babies!!!
28. Drive a hot mom car... lol.
29. Enjoy life in the So Cal :)
30. Age with confidence!
